The cigar is a craftable consumable item. It mildly calms the nerves, reducing several mental afflictions.
Function
The cigar can be held in the right hand. It can be used for 25 seconds. It can be used in practically any situation – being underwater, or wearing items obstructing the mouth does not prevent usage. While in use (
RMB + 
LMB), it grants the following effects:
