The Medal is a consumable item.
Function
Used by aiming and hitting the desired crew member with the medal. Grants 550 Experience to the character that received the medal.
Acquisition
The Medal can be gained by 
Captains with the 
Figurehead talent by completing a mission.
The Medal can also be purchased from a merchant. Colony and Military Outpost merchants can have up to 1 Medal in stock.
