The Reactor PDA is a portable tool.
Description
When held, it shows the interface of the controlled Nuclear Reactor, including the conditions of its Fuel Rods. It allows remote control of a submarine's nuclear reactor, except for the movement of fuel rods.
It is obtained through crafting by an 
Engineer with the 
Remote Monitor. It is not sold by any stores.
