The Harmonica is a musical instrument that can be acquired in Barotrauma that plays one of two songs. It has a 5% chance of spawning in crew quarters and a 10% chance of spawning in wrecked and abandoned crew quarters.

Function

When a Captain plays the Harmonica while having the talent Steady Tune, Psychosis Immunity will be granted to nearby crewmates.
