The Oxygen Tank is a depletable item that can be used as an oxygen source.

Function

Oxygen Tanks are mainly used as an oxygen source when diving underwater. It can be attached to a Diving Suit, Combat Diving Suit, Abyss Diving Suit, Slipsuit, Disposable Diving Suit, PUCS, Exosuit, Diving Mask, Clown Diving Mask and Plasma Cutter.

When depleted, Oxygen Tanks can be refilled by placing them in an Oxygen Tank Shelf or Oxygen Generator.

Notes

  • Fabricated Oxygen Tanks have no oxygen, and must be filled manually before use.
  • Oxygen Tanks gain 10% maximum condition per quality level, allowing them to last longer.
  • A single normal quality Oxygen Tank will last 5 minutes and 33 seconds.
  • If the Oxygen Tank comes into contact with Fire, it loses 10% condition/sec. If the condition reaches 0, it will explode.
  • While in use, the Oxygen Tank will slowly deplete. Its current condition, displayed as a bar, can be seen below the oxygen tank in the inventory.
  • Coming into contact with a Gas Vent while using a Oxygen Tank will deplete the tank at a rate of -3% per second.
