The Captain's Pipe allows you to smoke 
Pipe Tobacco.
Function
The Captain's Pipe can be used with nothing inside it, but grants no benefit. Smoking with Pipe Tobacco creates a small cloud of smoke and grants the following benefits:

Trivia
- The pipe can be smoked anywhere, including from inside a Diving Suit or while completely underwater.
