The Captain's Pipe can be used to smoke Pipe Tobacco
Function
It can be used with nothing inside it, but that grants no benefit. Smoking with Pipe Tobacco creates a small cloud of smoke and reduces some mental afflictions.
- The pipe can be smoked anywhere, including from inside a Diving Suit or while completely underwater.
