The Ahab's Spear is a unique harpoon ammunition, variant of the Harpoon. Compared to the harpoon, it deals a lot more damage.
There is a small chance of finding it in a wreck's cabinets (2-5 spears, 2% chance) and armory cabinets (3-5 spears, 3% chance).
