The Stun Baton is a hand-held weapon that can be acquired in Barotrauma.

Usage

The Stun Baton focuses high amounts of energy onto the top section which allows a player to strike and stun a player or creature.

The Stun Baton requires one hand to use. Once equipped, the player can hold down right-click (mouse2) to ready weapon. The character will then lift the baton above their head in preparation to strike. Left-clicking (mouse1) will then swing the baton.

When the baton hits whith enough battery charge, the target is stunned. A successful strike consumes 25% of a Battery Cell (4 hits) and 15% of a Fulgurium Battery Cell (7 hits). Once battery in the baton has run out, the stun effect will be removed, but the baton will still cause 4 Blunt Force Trauma damage per hit.
