Captain's Pipe

The Captain's Pipe is a handheld tool that can be used to smoke tobacco. Smoking tobacco grants psychosis resistance.

Function
The Captain's Pipe can be used with nothing inside it, however this grants no benefit. A 
Pipe Tobacco can be used to smoke for 25 seconds. Doing so creates a small cloud of smoke and grants the following benefits:

Trivia
- The pipe can be smoked anywhere, including from inside a Diving Suit or while completely underwater.
