Consumable items have a limited time of usage, and can be refilled, recharged or recycled once depleted.
Battery Cells
Used to power various electronic Handheld Weapons, Tools and Gear. They can be recharged in Batteries and Charging Docks.
Oxygen Tanks
Used as a source of oxygen in Tools and Gear.
Fuel Tanks
Used as a source of fuel for some Handheld Weapons and Tools.
Fuel Rods
Used to power Nuclear Reactors and 
Rapid Fissile Accelerator
Light Sources
Used as a source of temporary light.
