Usage
Battery cells are used in Flashlights, Headsets, Underwater Scooters, Handheld Sonars, and perhaps most importantly Stun Batons as a means of powering these devices. They are less effective (are less power-efficient and, in the case of the Stun Baton, deliver a shorter stun) than the Fulgurium Battery Cell, but far more common/easier to obtain.
Every job spawns with a Headset with a fully-charged battery inside.
As battery cells are a source of electricity used to power the Stun Baton, security officers usually spawn near a Steel Cabinet inside which battery cells are stored.
Batteries can be recharged when placed in the Battery.
