The Periscope is an installation in Barotrauma. It is typically connected to other installations such as Turrets, Searchlights and Cameras.
Function
When a periscope's Position_Out pin is wired to a turret, searchlight or camera's Position_In pin, any character that uses the periscope will be able to view the installation's camera, and rotate its turret and/or light.
The periscope's Trigger_Out pin outputs a signal of "1" when the user's "Use" key (Default: ) is pressed or held.
This can be used to fire turrets, discharge coils and depth charges, toggle lights on searchlights, and many other things.
