The Stun Baton is a hand-held weapon that can be acquired in Barotrauma.

Usage

The Stun Baton is held with one hand. As with all weapons and tools, using it is done by holding the Right Mouse Right-click to take aim, then by Left Mouse Left-clicking to shoot/use. The Stun Baton focuses high amounts of energy onto the top section which allows a player to strike and stun a player or creature.

When the baton hits with enough battery charge, the target is slowed. Successive hits will eventually stun for up to 10 seconds. A hit consumes 25% of a Battery Cell's charge (4 hits) and 16.7% of a Fulgurium Battery Cell's charge (6 hits). It takes a standard Battery Cell 3 hits to stun, and a Fulgurium Battery 2 hits. As a consequence, one standard Battery only allows for 1 stun where one Fulgurium Battery allows for 3.
