Description
They can be loaded into Stun Guns, and will stun a hit character. Will instantly deal 6s of 
Stun, effects stack with multiple hits.
They are no direct upgrade over normal 
Stun Gun Darts – while the fulgurium variant's stun is instant and stacks, a single normal dart will deal Progressive Stun, stunning for longer (10s vs 6s) with an additional slowing effect before and after those 10s of stun.
