A side effect of some medical items, such as Broad-spectrum Antibiotics.

   0-200 (Self): "You feel a sharp pain in your abdomen. There are no wounds to be seen."
40-200 (Others): "The patient is suffering from sharp pain in their internal organs. There is no visible damage to the epidermis."

       Cause of Death: "Perished as a result of internal organ failure."
