Raptor Bane Extract is used primarily to kill Mudraptors, but also inflicts
Nausea on other creatures.
Function
Its primary purpose is safely dispatching Mudraptors from a distance using a
Syringe Gun, without the need to get into range of the mudraptor's dangerous melee attacks. As raptor bane extract deals ten
Organ Damage per second to mudraptors on passing the skill check, it kills a mudraptor in twelve seconds. Multiple doses stack – hitting the same mudraptor twice would kill it in six seconds, hitting it four times in three seconds.
Raptor Bane Extract works on all types of mudraptors, including Mudraptor Hatchlings and Petraptors.
Usage of this item on non-mudraptor targets will only incur a large amount of Nausea.
Usage
Like many Medical Items, Raptor Bane Extract can be applied using the Health GUI (Default Key:). See this page for more information on usage.
Raptor Bane Extract can be loaded into a Syringe Gun and can be swung by the hand to apply its effects on whatever it hits.
