Loyal Assistant
Caused by either being an assistant with the Loyal Assistant Talent, or by being a job that matches the apprenticeship of an assistant with this talent.
A friend is someone who walks into a room when everyone else is walking out. A loyal assistant keeps working even when you walk out. Increases your crafting quality.
