Concussion

Has a 25% chance to increase by 10 strength after receiving at least 5 Internal Damage, Blunt Force Trauma, Bite Wounds, Deep Tissue Injury or Lacerations to the Head.

 0-5 (Self): "Something hit you so hard your eyes are still shaking."
5-10 (Self): "A massive headache, your ears are ringing and your eyes refuse to focus. It takes a lot of effort to stand upright."

 0-5 (Others): "The patient seems slightly disoriented."
5-10 (Others): "The patient seems disoriented and has trouble focusing their eyes."
