EMP

Caused by EMP Grenades, explosions caused by nuclear weapons and Nuclear Reactor meltdowns. Only affects creatures vulnerable to EMP.
Affected creatures will emit visual effects such as sparks, smoke and electricity. The intensity of the effects increases with strength.
