Function
Combat Stimulant can only be crafted when a Medical Doctor unlocks the Super Soldiers talent.
Grants +75 Combat Stimulant. This grants a total of -140 to Internal Damage, Burn, Bloodloss, Bleeding, and Chem Withdrawal each over its duration.
As a side effect, it also increases Chem Addiction.
