Extremely drunk players can die from it, as the effect will eventually reduce the player's vitality to 0, sending them into critical condition.

However, death from alcohol poisoning is rare, as the affliction deteriorates relatively quickly (especially at high levels).
 
The way to cure drunk players is by injecting them with [[Stabilozine]], or simply waiting for it to wear off over time.
