Radiation Sickness is a rare but very dangerous affliction that can be inflicted by being too close to a nuclear explosion (such as from nuclear shells, or nuclear depth charges), being inside the lasting area of effect of a Dirty Bomb, being poisoned by Radiotoxin, or being in Jovian Radiation in the Campaign.

Radiation Sickness will cause progressively worse Burn damage on all limbs, leading to quickly accumulating damage.

Radiation Sickness does not decay overtime.
