Treacherous Assistant
Caused by either being an assistant with the Treacherous Scum Talent, or by being a job that does not match the apprenticeship of an assistant with this talent.
The assistant's dedication to their apprenticeship and their master leaves a lot to be desired, but hanging out with the other crew boosts their efficiency. Repairing and skill gains are increased.
