Inspired to Act
The subject, ordered by their captain, has become stalwart and able!
A buff applied to a character when a Captain with the Commander talent issues an order to them. If the captain gives an order to another character, this buff is removed and applied to the other character instead.
Note: the All Hands on Deck talent increases the limit to the two most recently ordered characters.
