Tonic Liquid
A medical solution that's mildly effective as a treatment for internal damage, but most commonly used as an ingredient in more complex medical compounds.

Tonic Liquid is a stimulant.

Function

Tonic Liquid provides Slow Metabolism, which increases the duration of other buffs. Also heals a small amount of Damage over time if successful.

Tonic Liquid can be used by holding the right mouse button; after 10 seconds the item will be "drunk", and its effects will be applied instantly. There is currently a bug which causes consuming the item this way to grant much more Slow Metabolism than using it via the Health GUI.
