Hallucinating (Short)
Caused by special clown items such as the Dementonite Cymbals and Funbringer 3000.
Unlike 
Psychosis, Hallucinating does not make afflicted persons see fake effects or hear fake sounds.

Hallucinating, with the most notable difference being that it of wears off 10 times faster. - Combining the visual effects with those from other afflictions such as
Oxygen Low or 
Tunnel Vision leads to extreme visual distortion, which can make the game almost unplayable.
