Fulgurium Chunks are one of the Rare Materials used in advanced crafting recipies.
Acquisition
Aside from purchasing, or deconstruction of below items, Fulgurium can be looted from Wrecks and Alien Ruins, and extracted from naturally-occuring deposits in the Abyss with a Plasma Cutter. It can also be fabricated from three scrap by a Mechanic with the Scrap Savant talent.
