The Iron Helmet is a piece of Headgear. It can be crafted by a Mechanic with the talent Ironman.
Function
The Iron Helmet offers somewhat better protection to specific damage types when compared to the Security Helmets, but it lacks the 
Blunt Force Trauma, 
Gunshot Wound and 
Concussion protection they offer. The Iron Helmet reduces the wearer's movement speed by 10%, hides their identity and limits their field of view.
