The Mother's Providence is an Innerwear piece and is paired with the 
Mother's Countenance.
Description
Though the Mother's Providence appears to be purely cosmetic, it is a part of the Clown Ensemble, and therefore can be used by Assistants to gain Clown Power and can hide one's identity.
Wearing it usually arouses suspicion and distrust among command and security personnel. It is wise to be careful while it is in one's possession as it is associated with traitorous acts and general mischief.
It has a 1% chance to spawn in Storage Cabinets in Wrecks.
Function
The Mother's Providence provides no damage resistances and is cosmetic.
