The Mother's Providence is an Innerwear piece and is paired with the 
Mother's Countenance.
Description
Though the Mother's Providence appears to be purely cosmetic, they are used by Assistants to gain Clown Power and can hide one's identity.
Wearing the outfit will usually arouse suspicion and distrust among command and security personnel. It is wise to be careful while it is in one's possession as it is associated with traitorous acts and general mischief (a little tomfoolery).
Mother's Providence cannot be bought at any outpost.
Function
The Mother's Providence provides no damage resistances and is cosmetic.
