Dugong is a scout class submarine. It's small size, maneuverability and straightforward layout make it a good choice for novice players but for higher difficulties, a more powerful submarine is recommended. As of 0.10.6.2, Dugong is the only default sub available at the start of a single player campaign. It was introduced in 0.9.
