Tools are items primarily used to perform a variety of maintenance tasks on the submarine. Many tools require the correct amount of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering skill to be operated safely.

Expedition tools are used for various tasks outside of the submarine, like exploring and looting various Caves, Wrecks and other Structures.
