Replaces  Commendations with  Medals that give 550 XP. If the character is then below level 5, give them XP to reach level 5.All services on affiliated outposts give 10% discount. |
- Discount applies to merchants and purchasing/upgrading submarines.
- The captain with the talent does not need to be the one purchasing to get the discount; all crew members will have lower prices.
- Discount does not stack if there are multiple characters with this talent, but the talent does stack additively with Campaigning, and multiplicatively with Lab Contacts and the effect of reputation.
