After playing a Harmonica for 10 seconds or longer, you and nearby allies gain +50% Psychosis resistance for 100 seconds. |
- Gives the
Psychosis Immunity affliction to allies within 6 meters. This makes the afflicted character unable to gain more 
Psychosis, but does not remove any psychosis that they may already have. - Uses the
Steady Tune (Affliction) affliction to time the effects. - As of 0.21.6.0, the effect was changed to instead give Psychosis Immunity for 60 seconds, despite the in-game description erroneously saying it gives Psychosis Resistance for 100 seconds.
