- This talent only increases the applied strength of buffs, and does not affect the decay rate off buff afflictions.
- This talent increase the amount of affliction strength that a poison syringe applies to a target (thus lowering the required dosage and speeding up the poison's progress), and also increases the organ damage applied by the poison affliction.
