- This talent only increases the applied strength of buff afflictions, and does not affect the decay rate of buff afflictions.
- Buff potency increase stacks additively with Super Soldiers, and multiplicatively with Dr. Submarine and Self-care/First Aid Training.
- This talent increase the amount of affliction strength that a poison syringe applies to a target (thus lowering the required dosage and speeding up the poison's progress), and also increases the organ damage applied by the poison affliction.
