  • Gives the Emergency Maneuvers affliction.
    • This affliction gives bonus skill equal to (100-base skill). I.e. at 90 helm skill, the character will be given a +10 bonus skill on top of any bonus skills they may have previously had.
      • Thus this talent has no effect if the character already has 100 base helm skill.
