Pomegrenade is a fruit dropped by the Pomegrenade Plant. It can be used to create 
Pomegrenade Extract, a non-addictive, mild healing item. It can also be deconstructed into a 
Pomegrenade Seed, to grow another Pomegrenade Plant.
It can be thrown to create a splash of fruity, yellowy goo on walls.
