```Crew Layabout``` is an Assistant Talent that reduces the Assistant's own repair abilities and improves nearby allies repair abilities.

Requirements

Survival Package can be learned after one of Playing Catchup or Skedaddle is learned. It is mutually exclusive with Survival Package.

Lose 40% Repair Speed.

Suffer a reduction of 15 to all skills.

Allies within a 6.0m range repair 25% faster and gain a bonus of 10 to all skills.

Talent	Tier	Description
Playing Catchup	Assistant Grayshirt Tier 1	If you are 2 or more levels behind your most highest-leveled crewmember, gain an additional 100% mission experience.
Skedaddle	Assistant Grayshirt Tier 1	Move 10% faster. When you are attacked, this bonus is increased to 30% for 5 seconds. Gain an additional 30% Stun resistance.
Crew Layabout	Assistant Grayshirt Tier 2	Lose 40% Repair Speed. Suffer a reduction of 15 to all skills. Allies near you repair 25% faster and gain a bonus of 10 to all skills.
