The Crawler Mask is a Headgear that is worn in the Head Slot. It is rarely dropped by a Crawler (1/51).

The Crawler Mask is rare and only obtainable from the Crawler (1/51) of the time.

The Crawler Mask covers the wearer's face. Every 7 seconds the mask makes one of the three noises of an idle Crawler.
