- Inspiring Tunes repairs devices within 5 meters.
- Each honk will repair 5% condition, so a fully damaged item will take 20 honks to repair.
- It is possible to double Installation repair rate by honking with 2 Bike Horns at the same time.
- Honking with 2 Bike Horns at the same time will not increase the duration of the increased skills effect.
- Gives the
Inspiring Tunes affliction to allies within 6 meters.
