Tiger Thresher Eggs are eggs that may hatch a Tiger Thresher Hatchling when a player gets near them, getting destroyed on use.
It is only found in Tiger Thresher Nests, which appear as an objective of the mission Destroy a Tiger Thresher nest, in which it is the objective to take out these eggs. When a player gets close enough to the cluster of eggs, some will break and spawn a hatchling, which will immediately try to kill the player. The eggs that do not turn into hatchlings, should generally be destroyed via gunfire, melee attack or a plasma cutter to complete the objective.
