Relay Component
Used to forward received power and signals. More specifically, the relay has pins for Power_in, Power_out, Signal_1_in, Signal_1_out, Signal_2_in, Signal_2_out, Toggle_State, Set_State, and State_out.
The relay's state is 0 as off, 1 as on.
