Template:Stub Orders are instructions used in single player to direct the AI-controlled crew. While the crew will take initiatives on their own, orders help them react in more intelligent ways. Note that as of version 0.3.5.0 the AI is quite buggy, directed or not, so it may be preferable to order the crew members to wait in key locations and manually take control of them as needed rather than to rely on their wits.

Fix Leaks

The targeted crew member will equip a Welding Tool and begin to seek and repair hull breaches.

Follow

The targeted crew member will follow the order-giving character until dismissed. Useful to bring a crew member to a given area.

Operate Railgun

The targeted crew member will man the nearest Railgun, alternating between firing at any creature in range and reloading the railgun magazine.

Operate Reactor

The targeted crew member will balance the temperature of the Nuclear Reactor to bring the power produced in line with the power currently required by the crew's activities. If necessary, the operator will seek fuel rods to add to the reactor.

Wait

The targeted crew member will stop all activities and stay in place until counter-order. This order is very useful in preventing AIs to carry out counter-productive decisions.

Dismissed

The targeted crew member will discontinue any previous order and resume following its own decisions.
