Health Scanner HUD

The Health Scanner HUD is a item defaultly given to Medical Doctors. It has the ability to scan players of all types, allowing for detailed information about their name, damage done to health, or level of oxygen deprivation. It can be used to detect disguises, and is not frequently used.
