Handcuffs

Handcuffs are a tool that the security guard and captain spawn with (or next to in a container) they can be used to restrain a disobeying crew member or griefer.
To handcuff a person you have to have them stunned (in a ragdoll position) and equip it in their hands. A common mistake is that a person may handcuff themselves thinking they have to hold/equip the handcuffs first. If a traitor gets ahold of these they could make security and the captain's job much more difficult as you cannot break out of these (there may be an update where moving backwards and forwards may release you if done enough times).
