The Europan was founded by a group of writers who saw a need for a dedicated news source in the dangers of the moon. Since then, the newspaper has grown in popularity and has become a go-to source for outpost dwellers, and players alike, who want to stay up-to-date on the latest happenings in the Europan regions. Sadly only 3 papers are avalible currently,  The Europan - Volume 42, 54, 66.
