It looks like a nuke with a text display and some wires strapped to it. It is powered by a battery, which should be kept from running out.

Description

Function

It's functionally identical to the regular Ticking Time Bomb, but it also explodes after 5 seconds of contact with water, or 5 seconds without a power supply.
