The Psychosis Alien Artifact emits a burst of 
Psychosis (6)*(1.2/s for 5s) and 
Watcher's Gaze (40)*(8/s for 5s) to nearby characters within 15 meters every 30 seconds.
It is recommended to use an 
Artifact Transport Case while transporting them to avoid the negative effects.
When deconstructing, 
Haloperidol, 
Cigars, or 
Pipe Tobacco can be used to inhibit psychosis.
When finishing the "Salvaging an Artifact" mission, artifacts must be inside of the submarine in order to complete the mission, either on the ground or inside of a container.
Acquisition
Psychosis Alien Artifacts are most commonly found in Alien Ruins. They can be found lying around the ruins, or located in an Artifact Holder. They can also be located within Caves as part of the Salvaging an Artifact mission.
Additionally, the "Bad Vibrations" event requires the player to obtain a special psychosis artifact.
